This is by far the most common call we have.

The call usually starts out with  " Hey, I can't login"... this is not good!   I then need to start a back and forth trying to find out where you can't login and what steps you've taken.

1. Please be specific about what area you can't access.. Training area or forum

In 99.99999999% of cases the problem is user error, specifically using the wrong USERNAME.

2. If you can't access the training area then please dig out the welcome email (subject line: Welcome!) and check your username.

If the username is correct then simply request a password reset.

Finally when you have access you can sync your passwords so that they are the same , by using your profile in the Forum or via the account section of the training area.

3. Use a password manager to remember login details..  we recommend Lastpass.
